Laughing Clubs
Hello again.
In our quest to live an inspired and motivated life I’d like to bring you another tool. A scientifically proven method for enhancing your overall happiness in life is laughing. I’m sure this seems fairly obvious to most readers. But, did you know that in India it is common practice to have laughing clubs?
A laughing club is a group of people that get together to just laugh. Their laughs do not even need to be in response to something funny. Fake laughing provides a benefit as well! So, what I suggest is making time every day to laugh; However, try to find something that is really funny. For example, watch youtube videos of your favorite comedian in the morning. You only need five to ten minutes of humor to get a big boost throughout the day. You could do this in the morning after exercise or in the evening when you get home from work. Also, ask your friends to send you videos they come across that they think you would find funny. Instead of watching them right away store them for later use during your designated laughing time.
